Terms & Conditions – Online Admission

 

1.    Hasty’s adventure farm is a part of Smith Farms (Clacton) LTD

2.    The purchase and possession of an admission ticket (whether purchased online) constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions

3.    Admission is only with a valid ticket and booking reference

4.    Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable

5.    Admission tickets purchased online are only valid if purchased via www.hastys.co.uk 

6.    Admission tickets purchased online are only valid for use on the date shown and the specified number and type of persons as stated on the tickets. 

7.    It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket before arrival at Hastys Adventure farm.  It may not be possible to rectify errors on the day of the visit

8.    Children (2 – 15 years) must be always supervised by a responsible adult aged 16+ years. Children must NOT be left unattended at any time while at Hastys Adventure Farm.

9.    Admission tickets are only valid for standard admission at Hastys Adventure Farm.

10. Tickets will not be accepted if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced

11. If you are using your Smart Phone for your digital ticket it is your responsibility to ensure your photo is fully charged for the ticket and barcode to be legible

12. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that smartphones are fully charged and able to correctly show a digital tickets where tickets are to be redeemed digitally

13. Hasty’s Adventure Farm reserves the right to refuse entry due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity in the purchase or use of admission tickets

14. Hasty’s Adventure Farm reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site at any time during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by Hastys Adventure Farm management, in these circumstances no refund will be given

15. Exit and re-entry to Hastys Adventure Farm will only be allowed on verification of a receipt of admission payment or ticket

16. Hasty’s Adventure Farm as a part of Smith Farms Clacton LTD is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the venue – including, but not limited to, damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons

17. Admission tickets, are not to be used for any part of marketing, sales or media promotion, whether commercial or non-commercial, without the prior written consent of Hasty’s Adventure Farm.

18. Strictly no trading within the venue without written consent or agreement with Hasty’s Adventure Farm

19. No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought onto the site

20. No dogs or pets of any kind are allowed on site or to be left in cars in the car park at any time

21. Smoking is only permitted in the designated space next to the toilet block or in the car park.

22. Any child under the age of 16 years must always have a responsible adult while at Hasty’s Adventure Farm.

23. Personal data is only used by Hasty’s Adventure Farm.  Data is not passed onto third parties

24. We reserve the right to conduct searches of all ticket holders and pushchairs/buggies on entry to or exit from the site.  Anyone who refused to participate will be denied access to the site

25. From time to time, Hasty’s adventure farm will undertake general photo and video shoots as part of their marketing activity. If you do not wish to be included in any photographic material please advises the team undertaking the activity, inclusion assumes consent to the use of the material.  Where an individual shot is required, consent for use will be requested.
